What size of canisters will a BearCozy hold?

 

BearCozy is designed to carry 225-230g (7.9-8.1oz) canisters from all manufacturers

How much is shipping?

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but have not set them all up yet!  Use the 'Contact Us' page if you get any shipping errors and we will get your location added. 

Canadian shipping rates:

  1-2 BearCozies = CAD$5.00 flat rate,

  3 or more BearCozies = FREE SHIPPING!  (get one for a friend or 2...they will love you for it!)

 

USA shipping rates:

  1-2 BearCozies = CAD$10.00 flat rate (includes tracking),

  3 or more BearCozies = FREE SHIPPING!  (get one for a friend or 2...they will love you for it!)

 

We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but realize that our customers want their items delivered in a reasonable period of time (usually less than 6 business days).

 

How does the lid work?

Return policy 

 

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
